In my clinical practice, we combine solution focused talking therapy with hypnosis to help clients overcome many emotional and physical struggles which are caused by or made worse by anxiety or stress. It’s a powerful combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis which means change can happen in a relatively short period of time. Unlike traditional counselling methods Solution Focused therapy focuses on the present and the future in a positive way, how you want things to be, rather than dwelling on the problems of the past. Thinking about life in a positive way helps rewire your brain, an integral part of the process because it helps build new healthy patterns of behaviour which means you'll be less likely to dwell on things in life, breaking the often-debilitating cycle of negative thinking and anxiety.

I don't tend to comment on videos but this one needs one. If you haven't tried this video then you should. I suffer from real bad aniexty and stress. This video within the first day after listening, I could feel the difference. You've got to keep listening but it makes a difference. Now I find myself saying I can be calm, I will be relaxed when it starts to feel overwhelming. This is definitely worth your while

This has honestly saved me from going to the ER for what I feared was a heart attack but was a panic attack. I have panic disorder and do not take meds, this video calms me and puts me to sleep. It honestly works. I now listen to it nightly when anxiety peaks. I’m extremely thankful!

I had a lot of anxiety and intrusive thoughts about an upcoming trip. I was throwing up, feverish, had stomach cramps, headache. I listened to this for two days before sleep. A few hours before leaving, I wanted to cancel but suddenly I remembered the words “relaxed” “calm” and my stomach cramps instantly went away! My nausea instantly went away. I felt relaxed. The anxiety kept coming back a few times but I kept hearing your voice in my mind. I’m on day 4 of the trip and loving it!!! Thank you so much 😇🙏

I’ve been dealing with a lot health wise and mentally. Super bad sleep insomnia caused by the anxiety, I tried this while going through an anxiety attack and i ended up falling asleep before the video was over.

I have recently developed tinnitus and am not coping well with severe anxiety and sleep issues. Have been trying meditation and it helps, but this is on another level. I have had no sleep for 48 hours and terrible anxiety to the point I can not eat. Just listened to this and feel calm for the first time today. Thank you so much

Hypnosis helped me years ago when I was having severe anxiety, and I was fine for quite a while. For some reason, my anxiety returned again very recently and I've been listening to these and been able to get more relaxed. I plan to listen to these each day for the next few weeks at least. What you say here is quite similar to the therapist I was seeing before. I find it best to listen to these in bed as you're falling asleep.

this helped me so much i'm actually a little bit teary eyed writing this after finishing the video. i suffer from cptsd and had a panic attack so bad i thought i'd have to seek the ER because of chest pain. i decided to find a meditation to try as a last resort. this relaxed me completely. love and light to you, you are one of a kind and i appreciate your work.

My dearest Andrew,

My blood pressure had been uncontrolled to the point I was on triple meds...the doctors started gently telling me it could be anxiety. After waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing and fearing reading my blood pressure. I came upon this video. I have been listening with earphones daily.

I was experiencing a severe panic attack. Muscle spasms, rapid heart rate, hyperventilating, stabbing pain in my chest from the muscle spasms. This video shifted me into a state of bliss and calm. Thank you🙏🏻

Thank you so much. I had to go to the doctor today, and I was extremely nervous about it because my regular doctor had refused me the prescription I needed last time (he had a reason but he was being extremely over cautious, IMO), but it’s the only thing that actually works and doesn’t make me sick.

Well, he’s away for the holidays, and it honestly couldn’t have gone better. The doctor I saw cheerfully switched me back, no questions asked. She gave me a prescription for the entire year! But I had already gotten myself so worked up, that I still couldn’t calm down. This really helped.

Yes, I have both panic and anxiety disorders, in case that wasn’t obvious, lol. I hope I remember to listen to this everyday.
