For day 12 of our 25 Days of Movement - our tip for you to is to Sprint.

Every now and then (more now, less then), we need to put our mind and body through a max effort.

And while there are many benefits of Sprinting, we like it because it:

1) Improves anaerobic capacity (how efficient you are tapping into your energy stores without oxygen)
2) Improves body composition
3) Reminds the fast twitch fibers in our body that they need to be twitchy
4) It reminds us that we need to do hard things
