I have been slightly over the healthy weight limit for me for a good 2 years now, and even if it does not really affect me in terms of health. it does put me down when I look in the mirror.

I used to get into work outs with full excitement, and end up stopping in like 2 weeks max because of how I dreaded getting that tired after working out.


I am now getting back to it, but on my pace, and I use all your videos that I can do easily and still think of coming back to do it because it does not break me down. And yay! Very slowly, but I am seeing changes in my appearance😇

Thank you Emi for posting an injury safe workout. I broke my leg and inside my ankle, about a month ago and finally feel like on the healing end with no pain. Been following your workouts for the past 5+ years maybe? Trying to get back into shape and happy I can with this video! Hope you’re healing well too!
