Chair exercises are a great way for seniors to get in extra movement and to see improvements in health. This 20 minute chair workout includes cardio, strength, posture & flexibility exercises. The entire workout is from a seated position.

If you're new to my channel, please subscribe! My name is Jules and I have been creating exercise videos for 3 years on my regular YT channel called 'Improved Health'. I've decided to create a second channel dedicated specifically to chair workouts (either in the chair, or standing holding onto a chair for support). I am unable to move the chair workouts from my original channel so if you would like to have some other options until I upload more, you can find the seated workouts below. I will be adding new workouts on this channel soon.

Jules this was my first day back to exercising after having to take a medical break. This was perfect to get the body energized without bouncing around. I missed my morning workout by the time week two was suggested I not do. I’m back. 😊 Slowly, but back and listening to my body.

Good morning Jules!
I never thought about doing chair workouts, I can totally do standing workouts, BUT....I tried once just to know how it feels, and they are just great! They also get me tired.... go figure.
I always thought they were not gonna make me sweat, but they do!
So, sometimes I workout with these videos just for fun.
