I have terrible posture. I have been doing this almost every day for about a month and a half and my family are really starting to see the difference.

These are great for building muscles in your back so you can actually hold your back in the correct posture.

I feel this is one of the only few fitness channels that is reliable and spreads correct information. I have suffered from neck and shoulder pains and showed this video to my physician. She said this was a very good routine to build up specific muscles to relieve my pains.

Thanks you very much for all of your video's! I think this particular video is very underrated.

I'm an artist. I spend a lot of time at my desk drawing and I always find myself in this painful slouching position. recently, I started doing this routine and have found that not only did it help immediately but also my posture in general is improving. Thank You FitnessBlender!

This routine really has been a lifesaver for me. I'm in my mid-twenties and suffer from really bad back and neck pain that doctors can't fully figure out. This workout gives me a sense of pain relief that is better than anything else I have tried. It's similar to what I did in physical therapy and I really find it to make a huge difference. Thank you for all of your work on this channel ❤️

Just by doing the initial stretches I felt an immense weight just lift off of my neck and traps! I highly highly recommend this to ANYONE!!!!

This is a great morning routine. It is quick, it wakes up the body, gets the blood pumping, activates the posture muscles, and reminds me to check in with my posture throughout the day. Thanks!

You never know how bad your posture is until someone takes a photo of you... I'll certainly be sticking to this workout for a long time and building upper body strength from level one.

This is an awesome workout. I have scoliosis so it's  important that I continuosly work on my core strength, balance,  stabilization, and back. This work out has it all! Thank you.

You're amazing! I suffer from MS and am just coming out of quite a nasty relapse so have been looking for something gentle but effective to help with pain and tightness in my spine and also my motability. I'm definitely going to follow you're other videos when I'm strong enough to exercise properly. Well done on a brilliant job!
