I feel like posture is one thing that a lot of us struggle with this workout is definitely a benefit especially if you do it on a daily basis I feel like you will see improvements in your posture

Tried this for the first time yesterday. I’ve had horrible posture, and a literal hunchback for 6 years. I felt so good right after this workout, my mom said I was even standing right!

I will try to do this everyday, so maybe in a month or so I can try updating yall! )

Love your stretching routines. Very useful for me to relax the body for next round of strength routines. I have been looking for all round routines instead of separate postures. This is the one.
