For anyone finding stairs a challenge, descending is usually worse than ascending, you can see where you might fall so try this, turn round and come down backwards, as you would a step or loft ladder. It feels so much safer.

I’ve enjoyed these videos and have given several of them a workout. This one is timely as I was just thinking my hips need help(I’m 70). As soon as I saw what the problem was, I knew immediately that’s what my knees were doing. I’m starting on this one right away!

Hi Will. I'm a 59-year-old and really appreciate your videos. I work out at a gym, and it seems like a lot of the exercises you recommend have a counterpart in some gym weight machine. Wouldn't the machine that works on my gluts (hip abductor) be comparable to these exercises? Maybe you should mention which machines would help achieve the same results? Thanks for all your videos.

One of the biggest issues I am having called Waddle Gait / Myopathic Gait .
Looking for exercises, and to walk normal.
I have been to Pt 2 different times and I end up doing the same ole exercise but nothing advance .

I am just shy of 60, been very physical in a manual job all of my working life and this exercise really helped instantly....I can really feel the muscles get tired so they target the areas required....a must for me

Well! I've just realised after watching this that although lve done similar l don't have my knees apart with the band ..No wonder l can do loads while l watch TV. I'm seriously going to do it properly tonight. Thanks for such a well demonstrated video Will it's put me right. 👍

Great exercise…will be doing it, but I have inflammation in the hips (greater trochanteric pain syndrome) and wondering if there is anything else I can do to help heal that…❤
