For those who are asking:
1- how to activate developer options
Go to settings> about phone> version then tap on build number 7 times and you will activate developer options you can find it in additional settings>scroll down then tap developer options or u can search it
2- deleting cache does not affect your game progress it's related to your account but deleting data will make you redownload the game files and it also doesn't affect your game progress

Genshin keeps crashing after Fontaine update. I don't why, but the RAM usage reaches 1 GB. I always make sure to clear cache and junk files before playing, but nothing changes. I don't have developer option.

I found a way. Someone gave me this suggestion. So I created new account and change graphic setting to lowest/low from that new account. It worked.
