So I downloaded Genshin Impact on my Lenovo laptop and I was able to click "Launch" but whenever I do it goes to a black screen :( I can hear the music and see and move the cursor, but that's it. I've looked up several ways to fix the problem, but nothing works unfortunately.

When i click on launcher it closes the screen for a few seconds the laucher pops back in but never actually launches the game. When i click on the game in the “genshin impact game” folder absolutely nothing happens :/

I've been playing genshin through steam just fine for a while now but suddenly, ever since the 1.5 update I couldn't open it from steam, I can open it from the launcher but not from the app I added to steam :( Idk what to do to it I uninstalled steam add installed it again multiple times but nothing is happening it still won't open. It reaches the Door screen and then closes in its own
