Im just getting the 9907 error and what ever i do i cant get rid of it ive:
Deleted the game and reinstalled
Deleted the cashe and data 3 times
Deleted the cashe on its own
Deleted the data on its own
Restarted my phone 20 times
Restarted the game twice
Allowed acess to my storage
And it still comes up with 9907 it says
"you dont have enough storage"
Even though i deleted most if not all my games and 6.1GB left and the things only 634MB or somthing along those lines pls help the game looks good and i wanted to play it

try this, might help.

if u have this error regardless of the code number, check ur task manager if u have any antivirus open. If u find one try closing it or uninstalling. It worked for me, might as well try it. goodluck fellow genshin peeps!

Everyone we just have to wait for a little bit maybe 3 days and it'll be fixed. I have the same error 9910, I even deleted the game and installed it again, it worked for once and then tomorrow I tried again to start it and it had the same error. Let's just hope it can fix itself with some time.

when i turn off my antivirus i get this message and i dont get it when i turn it on and the game work normally . my error code is 9910

Here is my solution: There is file in genshinimpact_data/Persistent and looks like this file has the IN GAME update so Deleting this for Folder giving you chance to download again the IN GAME Update, I tried this and game opened (code 9908)
