For those who this didn't work for, you need to make sure that the integrity of the file structure is perfectly correct. You can't have any extra files inside the game folder, not even empty folders. Delete anything that doesn't originally belong in the game files and that will fix it for you.

I also had this error today for version 1.4 and tried a lot of fixes I found online including what's in this video but no luck, but in the game menu where the screen says "Start Game" to the right hand side there's a little spanner symbol, when you click it, it should come up "Verify file integrity now" and if you click "confirm" it does a scan of the game files (Mine took a couple of minutes) and even though it told me there was no problems the game is launching fine after that. So if anyone is still having issues, it might be worth a try! :)

so, I deleted blob storage, I don't have that x360ce file, I ran it as an administrator, and un installed it, but when I reinstall it, it stays at 0KB/s and does not move at all. I verified the file integrity as well before uninstalling it and it didn't help at all. I have Genshin on my phone and it works perfectly fine on there, but on my PC it just doesn't work. I don't know what to do at this point. I'm just completely lost with this

Hey guys, so methods described in this video didn't work for me but simply reinstalling the game fixed the issue. It is kind of a pain but if nothings else works for you try doing that.

Ive had this problem for like only 20 mins since i saw i comment in yt saying that if you go to the launcher theres 3 lines near the launch button you click that and click repair files thingy then when its done repairing launch again and see if it works i hope this helps! :)

I have the same problem after downloading star rail. To fix this, simply made a new folder, then cut the whole hsr related file and move it to the new folder. Fixed!!

I am really thankful lol. But would it be atleast possible to describe what exactly the blob folder/firewall does? (would be helpful to know what causes the error)

also for the people who didnt get this to work: this is one of some fixes since one of my friend had the same error code but this fix didnt work. instead he moved folders around which got the game working again but also from reddit it seems that many things can be the case as ive seen someone fixed it by deleting some kind of location data.
