I start to play Genshin Impact just one update for Inazuma to come. My friend say: "Its not a game to rush, play on your time. Enjoy it." ... One week of Genshin and i was saiyng the same thing to all new players that enter my world.

as someone who just started genshin around a week ago, i agree that genshin provides a lovely experience for those who like to play casually and for the story/lore. i enjoy it very much!!

moonlike smile is my favorite track too! yu peng chen really carried the game for me aside from the fun core combat mechanic too ofc.

I agree so much about genshin feels like home. Whenever i login, i feel relaxed compared to the other games i play. Its just pure relaxing to play as soon as I finish work.

Genshin has an essence. Which is not a given for every game by a long shot. They can have better [insert whatever] but if they fail to move beyond a set of better assets/aspects, it becomes just one in many. Essence is what makes a game stand out nowdays.

I honestly have a lot of mixed feelings about Genshin Impact. I have defended it, criticized it, Played very close to 100%, and tried to quit over and over again. I just know for sure that Genshin just keeps bringing me back. The music will probably be stuck in my head for years even after the game ends its service or I decide to stop playing for the last time.

Honkai Star Rail is my main game now that I've pretty much done everything in Genshin and I think it does have to do with the many times that Genshin has disappointed me, particularly with story. I love the music, lore, and environments though, which I can't really say the same degree with HSR, and that is probably by design.

I guess this is all to say that I can't really quit Genshin, and that's just how it is

They're trying to listen to their audience? I highly doubt it. They're trying to not get reported to the Chinese government, because that's exactly what happened 🤣

With all due respect:

- 00:41 I have never seen Hoyo listen to use over the past 4 years. Also the end game is copy-paste Abyss with a looking interface and more boring limitations for new players.
- Character's designs became so dull and copy-paste from each other. The whole Natlan teaser characters are basically edited (Dehya, Nahida blended with Sayu, Clorinda, Xiao ) I have never seen a reign representing Africa and Lati America tribes while all the characters are white lol. even worse, All the characters have been introduced, and none of them has pyro vision, it is the land of fire for god sake. And the Archon? biker Himeko (Honkai Star Rail) wears clothes that don't fit the land of fire and war at all, it should be an isolated land from the rest of the world yet she look like someone from the 20th century.

The game is fun for new players and casual players who spend couple of hours a week to play it or ppl who dunno how real news behind this greedy company work. That's all.
