Everyone!! I had an issue where when I opened the game it would just shut off and I fixed it without doing any of these steps. I made my friend get into my acc and cancel the quest I was doing and it was instantly fixed.

my genshin crashes when i try to enter my team by pressin L or clicking on the Team button on the settings, it happens when i try to enter a domain too sadly and it started to happen after 4.0 update, it doesnt crash on loading screen or something but just on the team screen. what should i do, i tried a lot solutions but it still happens and its important i cant even play the game :(
