for those that have problems after 3.5 update as much as i can tell its related to your gpu it might be that it doesn't have dx12 or somthing like that the newest gpu i have seen now working after the update is hd4000 i will do some testing later and if anybody knows a place/forum that collecting info about this problem it would be nice.

I tried changing Power mode to best performance and it fixed my problem. But still im gonna observe for consistency

Does anyone know how to fic white screen after the door opened and the little symbols on the loading screen had finsihed loading but the game won't come up as in, i cant see characters, surroundings or anything the screen is just blank

When i tried to find the folder for ''Genshin Impact'' it just didn't show up, i think i dont have it and i dont know why. But im feeling better knowing that im not the only one stuck in the hoyoverse logo and then the game closes up and pops up to the launching/updating screen. I tried basically every method i could, even with my brother, but it still sadly isn't working. Im sad 'cause i wanted to play, but i think its about the update, not the computer. Help mee :(

I've tried to find every solution to my problem, please just hear me out. I've been playing normally and it would freeze every now and then, I would just restart it and It would work perfectly fine again. But now the game has freezed. I get in normally and now I'm stuck with that elemental loading screen (if you get what I mean) and the sound is still playing. Like, if I click "W" I can hear the footsteps, but only see the loading screen. I've tried everything to fix this. PLEASE HELP
