30 minute Full Body KettleBell Workout

Who knew kettlebells could be so FUN! 🤩 Not only is this a super effective full body workout, but it is also a blast and a half! And as I type this 3 days later, my legs are still feeling it! This workout is super effective to build total body strength and also get your heart rate up for an awesome burn!

This workout includes tons of functional training as well as muscle building exercises to make everyday life tasks easier. YES PLEASE! We will work through several unilateral moves to work our core and balance as well as compound exercises and isolation exercises to target specific muscle groups!

If you don't have a kettlebell, I have included a dumbbell option for each exercise! I didn't want anyone to miss out on this one!

FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, STRUCTURE, AND EXERCISES

1 MINUTE CHALLENGE AFTER EACH ROUND
30 SECOND REST BETWEEN ROUNDS

- BICEP CURLS
- OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS
- KETTLEBELL SNATCH
- SWITCH SIDES

CHALLENGE: KETTLEBELL SWINGS

ROUND 2
- SINGLE ARM ROW
- SWITCH SIDES
- SINGLE LEG ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
- SWITCH SIDES

CHALLENGE: KETTLEBELL SWINGS

ROUND 3
- SINGLE ARM CHEST PRESS
- SWITCH SIDES
- ALTERNATING FORWARD STEPPING LUNGE PASS
- SUMO SQUAT

Haven’t done many kettlebell workouts, but the hotel I’m staying at has a nice selection so thought I’d give it a whirl. What a challenge!! Not only do you need your muscles for the strength aspect, but stabilizing the kettlebell adds a whole new level of difficulty. Loved it!

I really liked this work out. I noticed it was easier on my shoulders then dumbbells wonder why? I also like the new calendar thanks so much. Getting stronger physically and mentally.
