30 minute Full Body KettleBell Workout

Who knew kettlebells could be so FUN! 🤩 Not only is this a super effective full body workout, but it is also a blast and a half! And as I type this 3 days later, my legs are still feeling it! This workout is super effective to build total body strength and also get your heart rate up for an awesome burn!
This workout includes tons of functional training as well as muscle building exercises to make everyday life tasks easier. YES PLEASE! We will work through several unilateral moves to work our core and balance as well as compound exercises and isolation exercises to target specific muscle groups!
If you don't have a kettlebell, I have included a dumbbell option for each exercise! I didn't want anyone to miss out on this one!
