Follow along for this 30 min no repeat full body kettlebell workout at home or in the gym. This workout takes you through 30 kettlebell exercises in just 30 minutes including all the best kettlebell exercises.

This workout can be done with one medium to light weight kettlebell, however I used 20kg/44lb | 16kg/35lb | 10kg/22lb kettlebells in this routine.

This was exactly the exercise I was thinking about when I commented another video, Tom! Thank you, I just hadn't got to it yet. The dead bug using the kettlebell was quite innovative! I couldn't do all the exercises using the kettlebell, but I'll get there eventually. Take care, Tom!

Great workout, did almost all of it with a 24kg, love the 40/20 intervals that allow me to go fairly heavy and still have enough time to recover

I have learned kettlebell recently, but I never thought it can do a ton of variation exercises. Thanks, Tom! I also did a little research into the kettlebell. There is an article on ThoughCo (the comment session will ban any hyperlinks) called "Who Invented the Kettlebell". Although it's still unclear who invented this, kettlebell exercises were generalized late 1800s by a Russian physician named Vladislav Kraevsky. It could be a reason why it is called Russia swing. Unfortunately, it's hard to find out why is called the American swing which looks like another variation of the kettlebell swing.

Hey Tom, the gym i use is closed the next three days. I take my rest days on my days off from work, not being able to go in the next 3 days makes 6 days out of the gym. I went to do this workout tonight at home and something i ate isnt sitting right or im getting sick. The week before last I was unable to make it to the gym for 5 days. Will this effect my growth/gains significantly? I use to live a very unhealthy lifestyle, fom a young age until the recent years when i decided something needs to change. Now, im very proud of my body and take lifting seriously. Any feedback and advice would be so greatly appreciated!!
