In this 30 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | Strength, Power, Mobility & Balance | No Repeat | Follow Along, we will have 9 bundles of 4 exercises. The first 3 exercises will be performed for 40 seconds each, and the 4th one for 30 seconds. There will be a 15-second rest between exercises and a 20-second rest after each bundle. We will combine controlled movements with explosive movements, while also working on mobility and balance.
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:
