I’m an athlete… who’s had countless injuries… I’m on month 9 of my worst one and my dance career is probably over… this is what I learned… when you are too tired to work out. Do not work out. I should have skipped class because I was crying from exhaustion but I didn’t want to be a quitter… well I fainted and broke bones with the fall. If you’re burnt out you will never progress. Working out three days a week is better than working out every day exhausted.

I hate exercise. always have. and I am not remotely a morning person and could never sustain a 5:00 wake up. I work out after work 3 days per week.

tbh its not normal to be a working mom and to wake up, workout, get the kids out the house then go work! Where is your partner? Thats killing yourelf quite literally! Lets stop normalising working moms and normalise staying at home moms with a supporting partner!
