I will be hitting the gym almost after 1 year that too in a new country and as usual forgot everything that i used to do back in India but thanks to this video i got enough motivation for my first day 😊🎉

loved ur videos during my 6 years journey @work i went from 78 to 114 kg after looking at ur videos i got motivated and statrted working out nd my weight is 109 now afterworking out for a month going strong please keep uploading ur videos it really helps alot loved ur videos though u can fluently speak english but doing it in hindi just works beautiful....thanks for motivating us

Sir ab inn exercises ko kuch din krne ke baad, hume apna time table kaisa bananah chaiye exercise ke liye, wo bhi bata di jiye. Mera to wahi purana routine chal rha hai. Monday ko Chest-Triceps.. Tuesday ko Back-Biceps... And Wednesday ko Shoulder-Legs. Bas... Aap hume routine kaisa banaye exercise ka or kaunsi exercise hum kare... uspe video banaiye. Thanks in advance
