Thank you Dr. Lee! I suffer from osteoarthritis 😢 and it’s not easy to have sore hands, wrists, neck and lower back everyday- but I really try to eat healthy Whole Foods and exercise ☺️ I will definitely add more of the foods you listed here! Thank you 🙏

Green tea EGCG anti inflammatory also creates L- theanine antiflam. 5 cups/ day may reduce inflammation by half! Also green tea is anti-angiogenic helps prevent swelling in joints.

We stir fry first, then add a little water and cover for one or two minutes. Remove lid. Water should be evaporated away and add oyster sauce .
