Drinking hot water in morning & evening is sufficient & is also good for lungs too, it helps me in cough but don't drink hot water all time, otherwise when you drink cold drink/water or eat ice-cream you will get cold-cough instantly, thats my experience it may vary with yours.

2.amla aloe Vera ginger juice. 4 tsp of amla, 4tsp of aloe Vera and 1 tsp of ginger. You can add a little water
3.barley water with lemon or barley roti
4.cabbage soup for dinner or try cabbage salad
