i definitely recommend robertas workouts because they work really well! i lost 5 pounds in 3 days by doing one workout a day and from now on 2 a day (for the third day). everyone, you got this! i eat a lot of fruits and i lowered my portions a little, but i still lost weight after eating so much yesterday!

By doing exercises from roberta's gym I had looses 5 kg weight without any diet but I am sure if I am on diet then I reduce 2-3 kg of weight more including 5kg...but after 1 month of exercise I loose my patience and give one week rest to my body
