It’s Day 17 of your Summer Fit '24 SCULPT Challenge! This heart-pumping cardio workout uses traditional Tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, in four-minute rounds. Using two exercises per round, start with a back-to-basics bodyweight exercise, then follow with a higher-intensity “Sweat” version of the same exercise, alternating as you go. Both high- and low-impact options are provided.

Just what I needed to move my body but get my heart rate up without going all out. I’m trying to exercise with my cycle and this was great.

Usually I am not crazy about Tabata, but I really enjoyed and felt this one! I am still having to modify on the high-impact bc of my healing patellar tendon, but I tweaked my moves enough to get my heart rate up.

And .. I was fully expecting and prepared for a bonus move! 😂

Yes definitely felt the burn and sweat during the high intensity intervals. Today for me I was pushing myself a little harder and going only 20 seconds helped me just go for it until the end! Thank you.
