Yay! I smashed this tabata workout. I loved the 1st song. This video feels like more than 50% of it is abs, but I still loved it. My abs feel way stronger than the beginning, when I 1st started Anna's videos. 💪

I’ve been saving this one for the Easter weekend and absolutely loved it. A really good full body session and that abs section was great! I love the tabata format, would happily see even more of these workouts.
