I like how this workout is designed from easy to hard so that I could keep my heart rate stable throughout the workout. This is really the first YouTube workout I've actually finished lol.

Today is exactly 4 weeks since I started training with you, following your calender precisely. It was always the first Monday I was able to get through a Tabata workout without having to stop and actually enjoying it! This means I'm getting fitter and stronger! So happy! Thank you🙏
