My heart was in my mouth after the first 8 rounds. I don’t know how I completed this but I am so glad I did. My heartbeat was 191 at one time. Thank you for pushing me beyond my limits. One of the best HIIT / Tabata / Cardio workouts I have ever done. Much love from Japan 🇯🇵♥️

This is my favorite tabata. I’ve been doing it for many times. I paused for about a months and did bodypump. When I resumed today, it took me to the next level. I can continue my tabata without struggling as much as before.

Just finished this one for Sweat and Shred Week 2! I was feeling so tired at the beginning from the upper body workout but after round 2 I had a sudden burst of energy and completed the rest of the workout with a bang! Feeling so proud of myself for finishing this one! I FEEL SO GOOD AND READY TO START MY DAY! Thank you Anna :D
