As an Optometrist, I know first hand how important it is to set an appropriate and consistent sleep schedule. Adults, on average, need 8 hours of nightly sleep. Sleep times and wake up times should be consistent on a daily basis, with weekend sleep times and wake-up times fluctuating at most one hour from mid-week sleep times and wake up times. The body thrives on consistency and consistent sleep schedules help for more restful sleep.

You've been my coach ever since ..and you're really changing my life...with all the brain foods, how to read a book faster, morning routine and so on...I've been struggling through alot but if u could do it, it motivates me to do more, there's quite a lot to say...but i believe this is enough cause u said little by little a little becomes a lot and I remember if knowledge is power then learning is a super power and I believe am going somewhere I'll always keep in touch and please continue, God bless u jim🥰

Thank you for all your knowledge, and being an amazing teacher and the gentle spirit that you have. I have been transforming into a different person. Someone got me on a sleep schedule, that I have been mostly following, I mess it up with coffee too late in the evening and getting too into my dream states.I know when I'm falling off the wagon. Then I have to try and do better, because my thinking is definitely more clear and my attitude and personality is way better, with plenty of rest.
I usually dream when I'm awake, and occasionally I have a dream asleep, which usually represents the way I'm feeling subconsciously. Merry Christmas 🎄😊🕊️👍

Hi Jim, I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of Limitless Expanded this afternoon! I am a nurse and I just switched my schedule to work 3 nights in a row, 7pm to 7am. I’m struggling as my daytime sleep isn’t restful at all. My body wants to immediately switch back to waking up early in the morning and going to bed in the early evening on days I don’t work. Do you have any advice for those of us who must sleep during daylight hours?
