I've fractured my ankle several times and I feel like this baid sprain pain is way worse. I just finished laser therapy, and my doctor wants me off my foot for another 4 weeks. I'm like geesh! I've been off of it since 12/27/24.

Nobody in the world can do whatever you are saying immediately after ankle twist. I have been through this, the amount of pain is so high that the feet turns red & swelling comes immediately.

My son had a mild sprain doesn’t hurt much only a little he can’t run but he can move on it he’s getting ready for a boxing match in 10 days for a championship he’s 15 yo could he run in a few days from now if pain subsides or just let him do elliptical and air bike
