Got chronic ankle sprains and a pinch in the front of your ankle?

You may have gluey adhesion in your posterior tibiotalar ligament.

First, We measure to find out if you have 6” of ankle dorsiflexion.

If it’s limited, it indicated you probably have adhesion here.

To remove the adhesion, a skilled adhesion removal specialist will remove it as a clinical assistant stretches the tissue.

Call us at 862-205-4847 to see if you’re a candidate for permanent ankle pain relief.

This worked almost immediately 😮 at a loss for words. My ankle typically pops and it hasn’t been able to since the swelling. I’m a runner and have been taking it easy, but am ready to heal and start running again!! 💪🏽

Thanks. This really helped. All the other videos of a banded distraction did nothing to address this root cause.

I do Irish dance and recently found out that I sprained my right ankle. Found out by heavy bruising and pain when pressure is put on. Yup. I think I may have also sprained the left one but it’s just less severe :) so… just gonna be wrapping my right one until it starts to feel better

I need this! I have probably sprained my right ankle over 3 times in my life. The last one was in 2020, and my ankle is still hurting to this day. Pinch and pain. For example, when I drive and step on and off the gas pedal. It will hurt due to what I believe is the ligament?

omg I THINK this is exactly what I needed. I do ballet and my ankle has been feeling stuck and sometimes on pointe it suddenly pinches in the front. I've been scouring the internet but every explanation of front pinching describes it coming from dorsiflexion instead of plantar flexion. I'm hypermobile so while I haven't rolled my ankles and such ... I dont sprain or even swell. I just have a lot of mobility to absorb extreme flexion out of place.. but now that I'm in my 40s ... i'm suspecting my ligaments and tendons are looser than they should be to absorb my joints.

Does this also happen from a ligament rupture?

Would it hurt when your ankle went through dorsiflexion?
