A sprained ankle is like top 3 of the most excruciating things I've experienced, the worst part is back in 2021 I've sprained my ankle TWICE in that year, and it hurt like a mf. I was *basically* bedridden for like 2-3 months total. I felt the pain through the screen, watching this video made me experience major PTSD 💀
