Only someone who has been constipated understands how uncomfortable it is. I've been doing these exercises for three days, and I am less bloated and going to the bathroom at least one a day. What a change!!

I was in the middle of doing this exercise and I felt the urge to poop right when I pulled my left knee in toward my chest. I ended up going and I felt much better. Thank you for this exercise!

Namaste! I'm 19 yrs old and I'm from India. I've always suffered from constipation ever since I was a child. I've never passed soft stool in my entire life, unless I had an upset stomach or diarrhoea. As I've always been constipated every day for 19 yrs, I thought this was normal for MY body. I stayed physically active, did yoga and exercises even ate a high fibre diet along with all kinds of remedies from drinking hot water to aloe vera juice on an empty stomach. I thought maybe this was how my body worked. Until in june this year, one day I got a UTI and found your channel and did all the bladder exercises from your videos. I instantly liked your exercises and videos as they were very easy and specific for the problem. But despite the UTI going away my overall health continued to deteriorate. I went through hell after june and in August it got so bad that I couldn't even chew food. We couldn't find the root cause for this until recently, I've been diagnosed with ovarian cyst which is quite big and is causing me urinary and bowel issues. Turns out my constipation will only get worse because of this. And I can't even do any abdominal exercises as it may risk rupturing the cyst or ovarian torsion. But after suffering from bad health for so many months, I realised that I should stop taking my body for granted just because I'm young. So I've been trying to improve my pooping habits. And when I looked for exercises to help me for this, I found your videos again ! I did your yoga for constipation exercises the day before yesterday but couldn't do all of them as the cyst started to hurt a lil. But I went to the toilet the next day. And today I thought to give your exercises another try and did this video religiously step by step just like what you said throughout the video. I didn't had even 1% belief that this will make me go to the toilet cuz nothing has helped me my whole life. But within an hour of doing these I went to the toilet! And I could do these exercises easily without any pain in my cyst. Thank you so much Melissa 🥹🙏 you have no idea how much you've helped me <3 you resolved 19 yrs of constipation issues for me. I didn't expect this to be that effective! Hot lemon water and this works like a miracle. This yoga routine teaches the body to relax and let go which is important to natural bowel movement. Thank you for emphasizing that in this video. Very helpful ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I did your other video with constipation on the evening one day. Then i woke up, my stomach was suffering but then i felt urge to poop and i was so relived.
Doing this again, again constipation. Maybe i will wake up and it will work again! I hope, i'm suffering for 3 days now 😢

Thank you. I think k I've made the connection between my occasional use of the pain suppository and constipation. Not sure that a thing. With diverticulosis and IC and Pelvic floor dysfunction, I appreciate this helpful tool.

I have big stomach problems and neither doctors nor medicines help me. I've been in despair for so long that I don't know what to do anymore.😢 I found your yoga exercises, nothing worked for now. But i will try tomorrow and next days also 🥺
