Will try it, yes a little bit constipation but for almost have to wait for 2 to 3 days is an issue.now my age is 65.& this issue suddenly started from last year.Have diabetis frim 15 yrs & after above issue got myself tested had beginning stage of cancer.& after surgery radiaton everything have come out of everything.Am thankful to God & all who gave me courage!

I don't know if it was this video or what i took last night (i take prescription liquid because i have opioid constipation) but sitting on the toilet i looked up pressure points for constipation and watched this and by the time the video ended it happened.
