I'm actually on meds now cuz of cold I caught. Since taking them my stomach doesn't feel all that good and this exercise is just perfect duo with gentle music. Thank you for making me feel better!

It is now Ramazan(Ramadan) and everytime after eating iftar i am feeling very very bloated. a couple of days ago i wrote on Youtube bloating workout and i found your video and i am very glad because at the moment i finish the workout i am already in the toilet which is so good.
Also i've been having bloating problems for over 5 years because i went vegan for around a year and afterwards my entire digestive system became very problematic so i guess this workout would be amazing in healing my gut issues 🤍🤍.
