Ways to Stretch With a Hyperextended Knee

I've had a problem with hyperextended knees since I was a teenager (at least), as well as runner's knee. I've found that when I try to do these kind of stretches, I only feel them behind my knee. I fear I'm stretching tendons so I stopped stretching. As an ex-dancer, this has been tough. Do you have any advice?

Do you mean 3-4 Times are 3-4 sets?

i know Im only 10 yrs old but I hyperextend my knee sometimes.

8:05 pm why does every instructor think or expect that a person who is inquiring here can even get that far down from a seated position? A hyperextend knee pushes backwards 🤷‍♀️ No help at all. Thanks anyways
