3 sets Wide/3 sets Narrow paired w/ Kettle Bell Swings x 10 reps
3. Hip Thrusts
3 sets x 10 reps
4. Lunge Extension
3 sets x 10 reps (each leg)
5. Cable Kick Back
3 sets x 10 reps (each leg)
6. Cable Pull Through
