THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE MEDIAL AND LOWER GLUTE (IT IS A SINGULAR MUSCLE - GLUTEUS MAXIMUS), THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS LOWER AND MID CHEST (IT IS THE STERNAL HEAD OF PEC MAJOR). Just train regularly and include a form of hip extension (as the kickback), hip abductions and external rotation (hip horizontal "abduction") or isometric external rotation (during squats). As for the chest, stop doing decline bench or any particular "lower chest" isolation exercises unless you want your chest to look like Andrew Tate's (Which is not bad, but I think most of you would rather looking like Alex Eubank for e.g.). Stick to the normal flies and incline/regular bench variarions. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately the rate of electrical impulses and electrical activity in the muscle says nothing about the rate of how good an exercise is. Any peach contraction exercise will give high values, but they suck for muscle building. Also, as we all know, exercises where you focus on the stretch (eccentric part) you build more muscle, but you won’t according to the emg because it can’t measure electrical activity when it’s stretched

How often should I do these, bcuz I usually do about 11 sets of 4 different exercises, so like 3 sets sumo, 3 sets Bulgarian splits, 3 sets static lunges, 2, 3 hip abduction machine. Then finish off with like glute bridges till faliure, every 3 days once my legs heal is when I go back to the gym
