Thanks coach Greg! I really love the combinations of exercises all you guys present. The variations you can do and the bite size workouts that still make you sweat! I would like to ask if you could show an exercise that makes your abs work. As in i try to focus on my abs but sometimes i think other muscles are compensating & im not getting the full impact where i should. Thanks, keep up the great work 😊

That was a great one! The only one I couldn't do was the bear exercise due to knee issues, so did a full plank instead.😊

Hi Greg. Thanks for this amazing workout. I struggle with exercises when i am leaning on my hands, because they seem to make my right wrist painful. It's pretty weak. Would you be able to do a video that shows how to strengthen wrists please?
