This 10 minute summer abs workout is my new favorite abs routine for a bikini figure. I included the best exercises for toned and lean abs. Do this 10 minute workout before summer to make your summer abs ready. For a flat stomach, I would recommend to do this workout for 14 days straight, everyday.

Oh my goodness I have zero abdominal strength. I was feeling it more in my neck so I knew I has no proper form. I’m going to stick at it! Who’s with me? 💪 Thank You Mary for sharing this with us all. Xxx

i've been wanting to do this video since it was uploaded, but I haven't had time. I started doing it from yesterday and.. it's really incredible.. I think I worked muscles that I didn't know existed.. I will do it for 14 days and update my comment. don't worry, I never forget to update!😼
