Wow, right at the end this practice produced a very emotional response for me. I loved the guidance, especially where to draw my attention during Savasana. A very relaxing and challenging practice. Thank you, Kino, for sharing this.

Thanks for this, Kino! These classes have kept me going during this pandemic and an international move with my family. I had a long hiatus since early May, and it is hard to come back to the mat and feel how much different (and less flexible) my body is right now, but I find comfort in your guidance and classes to keep going.
