This is an advanced 50 minute energizing Breathe and Flow vinyasa yoga practice with Flo. This is not recommended if you're new to yoga. Some of you wanted longer yoga classes, well, here it is. We start off with nadi shodhana alternating nostril breathing pranayama continue with a modern and creative vinyasa flow sequence and finish off with a short guided meditation. This class is for all levels and we hope you enjoy this one as much as we did filming it.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. I've been practicing yoga for over a decade & I've never before taken a class where so much attention was paid to developing the muscles that will make more advanced poses a natural progression of someone's evolving practice. This class truly shows the importance of building a super strong foundation(starting with the breath, of course). The attention to detail here is insane, and now sitting here at the end of it I'm so glad you took so much time to make sure we were paying attention to the intricacies of each pose. I'm sharing this video immediately, it's so good. So glad to have found this channel!

I haven't cried during a yoga video in a long time, but hearing you tell me it is ok to be distracted when I'm trying to pay attention to my breath brought tears out of nowhere. This is exactly what I needed today. Strength combined with self reflection. Thank you.

Hello. I've just recently found you on YouTube and and really loving and resonating with your practice. It is challenging but accessible and I really love your connections between poses. Hello flo and bre.
I have just started doing the 28 ignite yoga program. Today has been my third day and it is absolutely amazing.
I am going to do this class later, because why not.
Please make more strenght classes, those ones are the best, very intense.

Edit: I enjoyed this routine, brother. The balancing parts were difficult and challenged me nicely, and I liked the shoulder stretches at the end.
