Use this Non Sleep Deep Rest | 12 minute NSDR for relaxation, better sleep and to de-stress. Also known as yoga nidra, during this guided meditation, your body will be guided to deeply relax whilst you keep your mind awake and aware. This NSDR meditation can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief.
Championed by Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Dr Andrew Huberman, NSDR induces complete relaxation on all levels of your being. This short NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. This guided meditation includes a short body scan meditation, breathwork and suggests an intention to help you be, do and have anything you desire.
