I had an unexpected surgery come up on Monday and I'm still letting the stitches heal . Can't wait to start your 30-day challenge. I may be a couple days behind but I still look forward to it. Have a lovely day and thank you for doing this for us !

I forgot how much I love your videos. I have bounced around a bit sampling other online instructors. I can follow you without having to look which is important. We get a chance to feel each pose and not rush to the next. And you dont do a bunch of unnecessary chatting. We are blessed to have you on this platform. Thank you!

I really enjoyed that last pose, on knees with feet tucked and moving slowing up and down. My feet have been really tight and that pose felt great on stretching feet out.
