Welcome to Day 12 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being RELEASE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like reclined shoelace, modified side plank, belly butterfly and downward dog.

I’m loving this 30 day series however today this started moving into poses so quickly. I was hoping to start with at least 3 deep breaths so I paused it for a bit. Thank you for this videos.

Hi Kassandra-having gone through the 30 day challenge a few separate times, I now choose, at random, one of your morning yoga offerings 3-4 times a week. I am in the midst of some big decisions regarding my work (moving overseas for a new job) and this morning yoga really allowed me to release some tension and calm down. Thank you

Today's flow felt especially suited for me. I had one of those difficult conversations that must be had with my siblings yesterday and a lot was released. This felt like the continuous nudge towards healing. Thank you.

At the end of all sessions while I start chanting and closing my eyes I feel the whole Universe within me. And at the same time I feel how tiny I am inside this massive flow of cosmic energy. Thank you Kassandra

Beautiful flow, Kassandra. I love the way it made me feel. It was exactly what I needed today. I did some clothes purging (going to donate) and threw away a diffuser I had had for ages. Still have 4 rooms to go. Thank you

#Good morning! 😊 I am very wobbly on the side plank poses but I got almost all the way through them without having to stop. So sweet to see Cleo. Both my kitties are gone now; Furball was 22 and her brother Speedy crossed over at 24. It's been more than a year, but I still look for them.

Thank you so much, Kassandra. I have tried quite a few short yoga most of which usually led to a compromise in quality because it is not easy to demonstrate a lot wthin a limited time duration. However, your class is so versatile regardless of the length. Your innovation surprises me whenever you release a new class. Beautifully done!
