i've been doing this about 3 times a week at least i keep 2 lb. weights on my desk and just do these in my off time and i've noticed the biggest change in definition in my arms! they were a tad flabby before and now when i flex i can see a little line in my bicep and it's even helped my shoulders along with my cardio routine and eating healthy. LOVE this workout i really feel the burn thanks sarah!

I started implementing the arm workouts from this routine, and damn by the time I get to the extended rotating arms, I am doneee. I definitely feel the burn and beginning to see the difference in my lower arms, they feel a lot firmer. Thanks for taking the time to do this vid.

is it okay to do this every day?
edit: guys, dont do this everyday!! you dont want to put too much strain on your muscles. i thought because i only did this three times a week that id get slower results, but finally after 1 year of looking for workouts that work fast and quick, this literally drove away my insecurities in a week!! i love this workout sm i can literally do fifteen full push-ups now😭😭

EDIT AGAIN!! i’m starting this again seven months later because i stopped and i can barely even do three push-ups anymore!!!! update maybe a week or two

Hey Sarah, just started watching your videos and I love them. Just a quick question. I've been a cardio queen for years, but have realized that approach is not working like I would like. I've been trying to incorporate workouts like this one. My question is, on an "arm" day, would you also do cardio? What type of ratio do you workout? How many cardio days vs. strength days through the week? Okay, maybe that's a few questions!! Thank you in advance!
