Another answer to prayer. My legs are so weak I can hardly stand up. I am doing these exercises the best I can. I know I can get stronger even with exercise intolerance.

Bob and Brad I watch you everyday.. I can’t do this leg strength exercise as I have really bad knees. Can you recommend another way to strengthen legs with out bending the knees down while supporting body weight.

I do similar exercises after my recent hip replacement. In regards to bridge is that ok to do with spinal stenosis? I'm glad Brad mentioned the side leg lift wouldn't but I haven't been instructed by PT to do that.

How beneficial are jump squats for leg growth? I really get a burn in my quads, any response would be appreciated.

I had an inguinal hernia two years ago. It was repaired but with these exercises I feel some strain in the same groin area. Is there a risk of causing another hernia?

I have had a hot pain in my heel. When trying lunges the left side of the Achilles feels hot with some pain as I stretch.
Should I do lunges with these symptoms?
It’s not a real bad pain & I’m thinking the stretch causing that symptom is helpful in recovering from back of the heel pain.

ill give the first few a try but there is no way im doing the last one. not doing that to my knee...
Can I ask: morning stiffness, and when I sit for an hour it takes me about 2 min to get moving again. what is that? my legs are like I can barely stand ? I"m in good shape it is not the joints but it is the big muscles . (blueberries might help a bit).. Thank you
