Great advice, Maddie. My goal for 2024 is to incorporate more movement. I saved some YouTube indoor walking videos and will start today. As soon as I move the cat off of my lap! Happy new year!

After all the food debauchery in December, I'm getting back to healthy slow cooker meals for the rest of the winter! I notice food prepping guarantees that I will stick to it. I've been doing slow cooker zip lock bags. I try to do a few at a time and freeze some as well. I would love some videos on that to help give me more ideas.

Excellent points! I still struggle with meal prep, mainly because I don't want to be on my feet that long and trying to get hubby to eat leftovers more than once is hard. But I'm working on it! Thanks for all the tips!

Yaas! You mentioned how prepping meals helped you lose weight and I definitely need to get on that. I've had a hard time staying within my daily calorie limit, because I haven't really had meals prepped and it's super easy to overdo it with just grabbing whatever is handy. It's not that I haven't been doing any meal prep, but I'm still looking for the right meals to help me get the nutrients that I need without going over my calories. I tried making your butternut carrot ginger soup last night, BTW. I still have to blend that, but so far, it seems really delicious AND it's relatively low in calories. I think I'm going to make some baked tofu to go on top, for something to chew on and to make sure I get enough protein. Anyway, thanks for that recipe and for this video. Blessings!

I need more help:) I feel tired and want to change but it is boring and difficult I have a burn out and Ibs dinnertimes now :
I just eat what ever my son and I like and we watch a show... so it is our us time... we do not like better foods and you have to do a lot of things like shopping and cooking etc where do I get the energy when that is already so low..could you please help
