A simple story : I hate the mosquitoes (bad thoughts) inside the park (mind) they are always irritating me, then why don't you leave the park, no I can't because I love the merry-go-round and ice- cream(pleasurable thoughts) so much so I don't want to leave.

When I think about the past or future I am not in the moment? Is there any other moment than the present moment?
The problem is that we identify completely with the thinking and what happens in the moment and we aren't consciously in touch with the substratum of what is happening in the moment and is our true nature.
