This channel is plain fun- people in pain, ARE IN PAIN! So I’d rather stay home and appreciate their knowledge base and friendly FREE advice. It’s way better than a PT prescription for a place that usually just does the basic stuff. One comment mentioned that they love to talk; what’s wrong with uplifting encouragement??? You’ve helped with a number of exercises to help strengthen knees but this one is way beyond my pain threshold. Love the more moderate ones though.

Born in North Dakota, 1965. We had poka. Sweds, Norwegians, Polish German. Really good food. Those where the day's my friend's. Well on with our age exercise to help stay agile and strong. Thank you Gentlemen . Good soild show. I will do these practices. Still ride horses at 56. Not getting older!!!God bless America 🇺🇸🙏

This is precisely the movement I cannot do, which is what brought me to Bob and Brad for help with my knees. I've been doing other B&B exercise to try to get to being able to do this. Feel better, but so much more to do. I'm doing this one in very slow motion and hoping in time I'll get more flexible with this one.

Most of my body pains, especially knee pain, have gone since drastically changing my diet.
I ate only beef for a few weeks. I felt amazing. Now, when I add in different foods, I’m able to feel the way they negatively effect me - it’s astounding! So called “healthy” foods like broccoli and grains were k!lling me!
