We will be honoring our mothers this weekend, and May is the month of our Holy Mother, Mary! Why do we as Catholics love her so much? Do we worship her?

Mary was mostly unnoticed in life, except by God. Now she is know as Ark of the New Covenant, Star of the Sea, Queen of Heaven, and Mother of God.

I had a special intervention by our blessed mother. Long before becoming a Christian as children my brother, babysitter and myself had an experience that we will never forget. One night when my parents were out for dinner and left at home with the baby sitter we had some kind of visitation. We saw a glowing beautiful lady at our glass door wall to the house. None of us could even speak. I never even told my parents. about 40 years latter my younger brother died from cancer. At the funeral my sister n law his wife said he had a message for me. My brother before he died said for his wife to say to me "remember the glowing lady?" She went on to say that my brother had reflected on the experience and remembered the glowing actually coming into the house and speaking to me. I did not remember that part of the experience. I believe this experience led to his conversion to becoming a Christian about 1 year before he died. We were both raised Jewish and that was the last thing a Jewish person would want to do. I was a on fire Catholic convert myself and had great appreciation of his conversion. If that was not enough the Holy Mother had helped me in a way my doctor could not even believe. I had experienced full blown neuropathy. My lower legs and lower arms would tingle all day and at night get so bad I could not sleep at night with the pain. I heard that their was some healing rosaries I could turn to. After 3 weeks of praying the rosary all night I was so frustrated with my condition. So I went to my glass doorway at my home and cried out to the Holy Mother to ask her son to heal me. It was like the movies. Instantly the pain vanished and I was able to go to sleep. This happened about 7 years ago and the pain never returned. My doctor said I was good to go. I thought this would be a good place to share this experience. I have not publicly done such yet. Thankyou Holy Mother!

She was not perfect, she was never perfect. The only perfect human to ever be born and leave this planet it was Jesus. So please, explain to me how praying to Mary, a dead woman will help me get my prayers to God/thefather most high in Jesus's name? I have read the procedure on how to get my prayers to God over and over and over and over and over again. And yet in all of the reading that I've done, I find nothing that has to do with Mary. And by God the Father most high, Yahweh told me to pray a particular way. He told me that all of my prayers would be lifted up to him through Jesus his only begotten son... And that he would receive them no other way. Somehow Catholics believe that they can use "doordash" to send prayers to the father most high lol....
Honestly, stop it with all of your pagan BS. If you're going to believe in God / the father most high / Yahweh... Then just do what he says. And what he says is about 75% less than what you do as a Catholic. Maybe more. Any Catholic that can show me from every ancient writing that is supposed to be from God / the father most high says... Light candles, baptize people that don't know what they're doing and don't know God, and that was okay a long time ago to butcher, murder slaughter, and dismember people because they did not believe in the one true God. Or how you can use purgatory as your game-winning play to keep people in your church... Purgatory is a huge joke especially when you look at it from the perspective of what God's words are. Here’s the thing. I’m trying to wrap my mind around this, I know Mary was Jesus mother on earth and I know she was blessed above all woman.

But I can’t help but to feel uneasy in my spirit when it comes to intercession. I know we go to each other for prayers and that the prayer of a righteous man avails much and the Bible encourages us to pray for each other when it comes to sin.

But I find it difficult to believe that Mary and all the other saints in heaven are still praying to God for us down here on earth and how they can possibly hear and relay all these prayers to God.

Are saints given power to be like God in heaven, having the ability to be omniscient? Also how is it possible to be in the presence of God almighty and still be preoccupied with anything other than just worshiping him?

1 : to honor or show reverence for as a divine being or supernatural power
2 : to regard with great or extravagant respect, honor, or devotion.

Praying, offering things, bowing down, asking for something to Mary. Are these really not worshiping? 😆 Come on.

Jesus didn't "give us His mother". He gave His mother away. Jesus has MANY mothers, brothers and sisters. Mary is but one of them out of many in His Body. She is part of the Bride of Christ like all sinners who were born again by the Holy Spirit after faith in Christ!

The Bible says God formed us in the womb, and knew us before the foundations of the earth. Jesus was there in the beginning, and all things were created by Him. Mary is not Creator. She is not Lord. She is not Saviour. She was not before God, nor is she God. God is Creator. A mother does nothing on her own to create life, all life is created by God and comes from Him. You say you do not worship Mary, but that is a lie. When you bow down to statues, touch and kiss their feet, you are worshiping a graven image and committing the most grievous of sins, idolatry. And when the man you call holy father does this in New York for all the world to see, it is disgusting. Jesus said, “call no man on earth “father”, you have one Father, your Father in Heaven. The Bible also says, there is none good, not one. The “pope”, a sinful man, is not good, and NOT HOLY!!! And yet you call him “Holy Father”, a term used only once in the Bible when Jesus referred to His Father in Heaven as Holy Father.
