I'm Leo, I'm a movement & fitness coach.

Departing from the traditional route of fitness, I train and educate people in unlocking the movement potential of their body. Including a variety of styles, such as calisthenics, breakletics, breakdancing, acrobatics, gymnastics and functional training, I work as a personal trainer and fitness coach. While I'm based and teaching in Zurich, I'm traveling all over the world to give workshops too. As most people reside in a static routine, I want to reintroduce people to their bodies and the potential of movement while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

This is great. I’m 57 and feel I inspired by seeing your mum! Only thing that I would suggest is to describe the next moves in the breaks. It would really help those of us who need glasses and also help with form. Thanks!

I’m 52 with left hip replacement. Normally just run a couple of 5k to keep fit.
Just did this beginner workout and managed ok.
Look forward to trying more workouts at beginners level.

This is the best beginner friendly bodyweight workout there is! Easy to follow from first watch and breaks sweat instantly🫡.I’m gonna do it before my bjj sessions, because i need extra warm up at 50 years old😂 !!!!

I’m 65. Been doing yoga and weight lifting but was looking for something more. This is fun, frustrating and great exercise. Is there a class 2 for us beginners?
